ja23, you both understand my pain
I told hubs pizza is a once a month thing now (has been for a few months). My food weakness is actually authentic Mexican food... but I don't live anywhere near the border anymore so I don't ever get to indulge. It's for the best. That much cheese and bread can't be healthy haha.
Farn0057 you're inspirational! I need to get off my butt and set a more challenging (yet still healthy) goal for myself.
Yesterdays:
lunch: 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 bag of chips (I know :/)
dinner: veggie pasta with chicken and spinach, and a side mixed greens salad with raspberry vinaigrette low fat dressing
desert: yogurt & peanut butter
Todays:
lunch: grilled chicken with bell peppers and quinoa (I cant waittt)
dinner: gotta finish off that veggie pasta
Finallyyy back down to my weight from last week (after an awful binge weekend). Chin up and moving forward. Gotta get under 200lbs before the new year!
