ja23 were you about to get more workouts in last week? a loss is still a loss!

Denise_Taylor dangggg! That inch-loss is amazing! The scale loss too lol but I can't get over the measurements! Wow! Congratulations!! Question: I've seen some inch loss (no where near the amount you have), but my arms are still huge! Have you seen any loss there?

@shellofself Thanks hun! I didn't calculate my arm inch loss nor my thigh inch loss into my results. But I do track them on the side. My left arm went from 13.5 inches to 13 inch and my right arm went from 13 inch to 12.5 inch! I probably will lose very slow with my arms when it comes to inches only because my arms really didn't get that much bigger than my normal size.. My original arm size before my weight gain 11/11.5 inches. The biggest my arms increased to was 13.5/14 inches at biggest of 235 lbs.

Awesome progress!! I think i'm just built like a line backer My arms are currently 14 inches (at 205lbs). I'm really paranoid about lifting because of my built, so I do light weights only for toning once a week. :/ I wish I would have measured my arms when I started.

Shellofself: My arms started at about 15" at 267 pounds, and by the time I got to 205, they'd only gone down 1" to about 14". This month, at 175, they are at about 12". We all lose at different paces from different places. Looking back, I lost an inch from 205 to 195 and another inch from 183 to 175, and the other inch in all the other 76 pounds combined. Your arms might be 5 pounds away from a big whoosh.

Wow shelf! That's so awesome.

I'm at 146.6 this morning. Only one more week to hit the 145 goal, but still made some improvement so it's still a win.
