Ok I am jumping in. I just bought a scale today. I have not weighed myself in years. 4 years ago I lost 85 pounds and 65 of it has come back. So here we are. 3FC was so helpful last time. I logged on a few days ago to see what I could see and found this 5lb challenge group. I thought, that sounds manageable and fun....so I’m joining your team.
