I'll join! It'll keep me accountable, especially because it's been a hot minute since I've done one of these!

So many people is great! I had a good week too! I'm getting ready to go do kitten yoga! I haven't done yoga since 100 pounds ago so I hope it's much easier this time and less embarrassing lol

Just checked the chart. Nice whoosh somedaysunny. 4 pounds in 9 days is amazing. That is great to see. Good luck with your yoga. I've only tried it a few times. I was about 50 pounds heavier than I am right now, but even so, had good balance and endurance, but there were some poses I just couldn't do, mostly inverted ones with my feet in the air.

Also, nice starting days whoosh AllyG. Hope you were able to hang onto it this week.

I changed my goal. We have 13 weeks plus a few days. My goal was less than 10 pounds. I think that is setting the bar too low and will make me think I can slack off. So I changed it to 12 pounds, which will put me at 95 total pounds down.

Hi all, I have gained 15 pounds in 5 months so I am joining the challenge to try to lose it. It's been the worst year of my life and the summer is looking just as bad. I need this challenge to hold onto as a goal and for accountability when I start stuffing the food in. Thanks - JZJ

all. Checking in a little early since I'll be out and about tomorrow. I'm down 1 lb. to 210 for this week. Not a lot but I'll take it.

Wishing everyone a great weekend!

I'll join for some support and encouragement. I need to change some eating habits and exercise more.

somedaysunny, I really like your posted rewards and will have to think of some to help inspire myself too.

curvy, Your walking miles this year are looking great. I've had some issues with my feet this year, but am going to keep heading for my yearly goal.

Lacerta, Thank you for starting this thread!!! It seems much appreciated.

Oops! A little late for my update this week, but I chose to list my weigh-in from Monday morning since I somehow remembered where I was all week! This weekend will be classified as a cheat weekend for me, because I'M GETTING MARRIED! But being that I'm on the ketogenic diet and actually quite liking it, I plan to adjust back to my normal lifestyle come Monday morning. Guess I should expect the scale to go up...but also, the happiness to go up as well!

A challenging 1st week. Stressed out and I ate my way through it, darn it. I thought I was going to end up gaining for the week, but somehow ended up losing 1/2 pound. Am journaling my food which is helping. One of my cats is very ill and after missing for several days is back. I thought she was dead, maybe down 1 of 9 lives.
Hoping to add some more exercise this week.

Lacerta, CJ and Farn, congrats on the losses. Hope everyone else had good weeks as well.

Congrats Atarimae

workinglikeadog I hope your kitty gets better! We had brought in a stray cat and he would roam sometimes and I would worry so much about him.

I'll join! Maybe seasonal will be better for me to make a goal for? Guess we will see! I'm a little off starting dates and such but I think I did the spreadsheet right?

I'm late with my update this week. I'm down to 209 for this week amidst lots of work stuff happening and less than stellar eating.

workinglikeadog: Thanks! Your miles look equally great. I hope whatever ails your feet eases and I will keep your kitty in my thoughts. I'm glad she returned and I hope you can keep her home and comfortable.

wow, time passes by (and I don't get on the scales). I did this morning though and i'm still exactly the same as when I started. I'll take that! I'm also feeling super healthy and energetic at the moment so although i'm still not able to knock anything off weight-wise, I feel to be eating better in general than a month ago.
On the 'downside' i'm probably normally a bit heavier than i'm quoting because I don't get on the scales very often any more, and when I do it's because i'm feeling like i'm not having a disaster (i.e. it's probably at the lower end of any normal fluctuations). Anyway, whatever. Happy

Wow, Atarimae, happy wedding!!!! I think it's reasonably acceptable to take a weekend off the diet with that excuse, lol. CONGRATULATIONS!
