262 miles for the year (update on march 9th). I am a bit behind my daily goal. With snow on the ground it's been difficult to go outside, and am having a difficult time wanting to move inside as well. I managed a half hour walk this morning, very loud walk as the snow is CRUNCHY.
Today is my birthday as well as my puppies 1 year old birthday. :celebrate: So I guess he is no longer a puppy. He got to taste some of his adult kibble and approved. Keep going newlyn, dream and fuzzy!!! :cb: |
301 miles for the year. I am still a bit behind my daily and yearly goals. Still snow on the ground and in piles, but should just be in piles by the end of the week. Hoping to get outside more soon. How are you doing newlyn, dream and fuzzy? Can you see signs of spring yet?

390 miles for the year. Having issues with my right foot, makes it hard to walk. This is something new, maybe extensor tendonitis. May have to go to the doctor.

Hey guys! I kind of feel like I am all over the place in the forums lol. I am doing 100 days of 100 exercises, with rewards every 10 days. Because yes, I am a dog and treats work on me lol
Day 1 - 100 squats. Ouch for 2 days after but much better today! Day 2 - 100 seconds of planking. Only managed 80 seconds (these were broke into 20 second increments and I just forgot to do the last 20, my bad!) Day 3 - 100 5 lb kettleball arm curl/lift whatevers...not sure what they were called. Rocked those out because my arms are ridiculously strong lol Day 4 - 100 jumping jacks Today. Day 5 - 100 leg lifts Day 6 - 100 waist twists with 5 lb weight Day 7 - 100 cow/cat Day 8 - 100 tricep dips Day 9 - 100 bridge/butt lifts Day 10 - 100 lunges Reward day! I get new bubble bath :) I also want to add walking back in. My son's puppy ate one of my good running shoes so I need new shoes so I am going to take advantage of that and get fitted properly. I also have nerve damage in one foot from being ran over far too many times by a wheelchair so hopefully the right pair of shoes will help with that! |
scarlettrunner, :wel3fc: and to this thred. Ouch, run over by a wheelchair can't be good for your feet. I'll be interested in what kind of shoes you get and how much they help you.What kind of rewards are you using every 10 days. :cp:
