Follena: I love the idea of your weigh-in determining going to work
I could see it backfiring though lol
Lacerta: Way to go on your whoosh!
Lots of lifting heavy things from yardwork today will probably cause a slight gain tomorrow from water retention

The last few days have been a megawhoosh, but I can't imagine that continuing. I'll likely be up tomorrow, because I usually am on Saturdays. But maybe Sunday or Monday, I'll reach the 5 pound mark.

So I had a big rebound today. It is mostly water, so we'll see how long it takes to come back down.

Managed to maintain my loss by doing some IF yesterday. Just had a huge lunch and a small supper. I like doing 2 meals per day on weekends. But I won't be doing that today. 3 meals is my happy place.

Some more partway back down, but nowhere close to my low again yet. I'm craving salt a lot right now, and I had bad muscle cramping on my shins the other day, so I'm wondering if I'm a little deficient in sodium or potassium right now.
Edited because I called them shinsplints, but it isn't the bone that hurts, it is the muscle around the bone, so not shinsplints.
