Hi guys! :wave: I'm going to repeat my goal from last month and pick a weekly calorie average. My goal for October is averaging under 1400 calories each week.
Today I weighed 133.0 (up from 132.6 yesterday). Putting this here so that I can easily compare my end of the month weight with where I'd started. |

My goal this month is to keep my daily calories under 1500. It's not going to be easy, especially at night.

Hey guys! I know I was quiet last month, but I'm still joining you guys again this round. I only lost about 2.8 lbs in September, but I'm keeping my goal of 5 lbs for this month just as a standard. I'm hoping that the up and down pattern I've had for the last few months will still continue in an overall downward trend, whether I reach my goal, surpass it, or don't. Also doing Mondays instead of Fridays this month (excluding tomorrow, since that will obviously be too soon to make any progress...lol), just to keep in line a little better with another challenge I'm apart of in October.

So September was basically a write off. I'm plateaued firmly at 220-223 range. So my primary goal is just going to be to hopefully break the plateau. Hard to set other goals with that being the case. However, I'm going to leave my goals exactly the same as they were last month, and just hope that I can get the scale moving again.

Hey all! I'd love to jump on board! I'm relatively new to this round (working on recovering from a regain) and just finished a 21 day fitness program. I'm hoping that means I'll start seeing results soon so I'm going to be ambitious in my goal! Cheers to beginner's luck, hopefully. I'm really active and I think wine, cheese and bread are why my weight hasn't budged. Canadian Thanksgiving is this weekend so I am prepared to do well through the week so that I don't derail. I've been really hard on myself (I seem to be stuck in the low 180's all the friggin time) so I appreciate your enduring support! :)

GW: 270 1: 273.5 Post-TOM whoosh! Miffed that it didn't happen yesterday for my September goal, but happy that it gives me an early boost for October! This month I need to focus on eating more vegetables and fewer ready meals. I live with my parents because of my dad's dementia and I have to try and eat independently from them. My mum isn't a vegetable fan whereas I would have chicken/fish and a mound of steamed vegetables/beans every day. They also have cakes/chocolate every day, which is fine when they fit into my calories/macros, but they can take up a large percentage of my calories (and especially carbs) if I'm not careful. I also need to plan my food carefully for when I'm at university. I don't want to end up starving and buying fast food. |
