Rie - I'm fine with what the majority want as far as categories go and whatever is easier for you. I'd love to do your Christmas challenge if you are doing one.
Rie, 2 teams would be great at what ever time feels right for you. Yes please to a winter challenge. I can understand having trouble finding a doctor, not an easy thing to do. I asked friends several times and may try an internist that a friend is really impressed with. Good luck and ask everyone you know who they see and why.
I had my 1st colonoscopy and must be holding onto water weight as I've gained 3 pounds in two days. I googled this and it's not unusual, although you would think it would be the opposite. I thought it would help me lose for the end of the challenge, but it puts me back almost to were I started, poop! Pun intended.

I don't really have any friends to tell so I just wanted to post what I did today lol I jogged for the first time in years today. I have been going to the gym now maybe 3 weeks and have finally worked up to it, I only went 0.02 miles jogging but it is better then nothing! I plan to go further next time so I can be able to do my 5K. It didn't feel good doing it but now it feels great that I was able to do it lol
I've been really quiet lately, sorry, but enjoying keeping up with everyone's posts. All is well enough here, same old, same old. I managed to squeak down to 123 today, hopefully that holds but I'm documenting it in any case.
somedaysunny, grats, that is a huge accomplishment! Are you doing CT5K or just training as you feel up to it? Also grats on making goal and more, nice work!
Riestrella, as many have said, whichever way is easy is fine by me. Percentages do the job very well, in my opinion. I selfishly want you to keep posting, since I love to hear about your days and your insights, but you've gotta do what works for you - this is all about being healthy, so do what's best for Rie. Hope your 5K is a blast!

I'll join the Christmas challenge! Resisting the sweets of the holidays is going to be hard! But, I made it 2 miles on the treadmill yesterday, I was supposed to do 2 miles last week but I just couldn't work up to it. I also jogged 3x, I wanted to quit but I made myself keep on.
I did pretty well the 2nd half of this contest, just not so well the first half. Congrats to all who stuck with it, whether or not you lost what you intended.
