  • Jumping back in with a more conservative goal for August

    August goal: 750 min
  • I'm making a small goal for myself this month. I move next week, and I know my routine is going to be wonky for a while. So I'm only going to include the time until my move in my challenge. My goal is 8 days of exercise.

    I may come back later this month and make an August Goal Part 2. We'll see how it goes.

    We teachers go back to school next week, so I won't be able to do my nice hour-long morning swim/water-walks.
    My goal will be 800 minutes of intentional exercise.
