I got in 2 dvd workouts today. :D The second one was so tough! It was the lower body weights workout in Brazil Butt Lift. I'd forgotten how killer it is! Then again, back when I was doing it regularly, I weighed a whole lot less, so it probably felt easier. I first started the workout program at 109 and it dropped me down to 102! That was way too low though for my frame, so I deliberately regained back to 109. What I really wanted to do back then, but didn't know enough about yet, was a recomp. So I should've been eating at a small surplus when I started the workouts. Anyway, I'll be happy this time around to get down to 120'ish and then start a recomp. :D I hope I can stick with this program. I know from past experience how well it shapes my body and builds muscle.

GOAL!

Noticeable progress today! A few weeks ago, I returned to a workout that I hadn't done regularly in years. It has moves that require coordination and balance (not my strong suits ;)). Back when I first started up again, I wondered how I ever used to do those moves without losing my balance. Today, I was able to do the moves smoothly, no problem at all. I love that kind of progress, such a rewarding feeling. :)
