This is my first weigh in for the challenge since I was out of town or traveling last week. My weigh in days are Mondays but didn't make it here to post so i'm posting today after a nice whoosh. Hope to be a bit more active from now on!
Still plugging away at it. No real movement since my recorded weight on the 7th but at least it's better than gaining. I lost my Fitbit Zip so I've been using Map My Run for longer and official walks but as for random steps My new (upgraded) Fitbit should arrive sometime this week.

Chunkahlunkah - I usually walk 10000 steps everyday. Managed to do 20k steps yesterday and today.Walked 10k steps in the park in the morning and the remaining i did by doing leslie sansone videos at home.
Shivasingh - Wow! That's amazing! I'm usually lucky if I get in 8,000 steps per day (only would when going for a 2 mile walk). I usually do the Country Heat videos, so my Fitbit may not accurately track steps with that since it's dancing.
I've somehow managed to lose 3.2 lbs this week and I have no idea how. I didn't exercise at all. Maybe I was just holding extra water due to AF and this was a whoosh from the bloat? I was diagnosed with strep Tuesday but wasn't feeling that bad. My throat only hurt the day I was diagnosed. My son had a fever Wednesday and I kept him home from daycare for 2 days. I have been more exhausted then usual, and in turn ate horribly (multiple days of fast food and sugary coffee and treats from Starbucks). I have been back on track today, food wise. I have a feeling all the bad stuff I ate this week will catch up with me next week. For now, I'll enjoy it!

It's weigh in day (as far as the spreadsheet is concerned) and I've just got my lowest ever results this morning! It's a fluctuation thing though, unless I've found the magic formula for dieting in going to the pub and drinking wine last night. Maintenance world is good, it's Saturday morning, which is great, and I've got some leeway to enjoy a curry night tonight What a great day it is!! Got to go shopping for work pants today though - got to go to a conference next week and I literally have zero pairs of work pants that fit. I could wear a skirt, but it's a mining conference and think i'd stand out as being a bit posh in a skirt - plus i'm more comfortable in trousers. So shopping centre here I come (and then tailors to get whatever I buy shortened, probably!)
(I track differently from the spreadsheet. I go from Monday through the weekend and use that week's lowest weight. I might drop lower tomorrow, but I doubt it. )

just_keep_swimming - Get well soon and hope your son is feeling better ange82much - congratulations on your lowest weight
I lost just around 1.2 pounds this week but will continue walking 20k steps. I find it doable and though its a little early to say but I am already loving the shape of my legs..
Down just a smidge to 214. I'll take it though. Count me in as another walking fan. Big congrats ange82much and shivasingh on your respective scale drops!
Curvynotlumpy - Is 1600 miles your walking goal for 2018? What a cool goal! I should do something like that for 2019. You've gotten in so many miles this year, well done! What's your routine for that? One long walk a day or multiple shorter walks? Outside or treadmill? Do you wear earbuds while walking or prefer quiet time? Sorry for so many questions , I just find people's walking routines interesting.
Sneaking in a weigh in for today. I'm down again this week plus i'm at my lowest in years! I'm down 50 lbs since January! So excited! Everyone seems to be moving towards their goals! Let's keep it up!
I am eating so much and doing no exercise but I keep loosing weight... I am so overworked that I lose weight even if I eat like a pig. This is my last week working this much. Later I'll have to diet and exercise again.
