I have been stuck at 162 for a looonnngggg time. Diet alone just doesn't make the scale budge and my bike was in the shop last week. I got it back today, so hopefully can ride through this 90 degree heat and get my metabolism going again. I have to travel for work Tuesday-Friday next week and we leave for BELIZE on Sunday! Doubtful I will get to my 160 goal at this rate, but anything is better than the 175 I started out with a few months ago.

nightowlRN I have also been bouncing around, but I was not strict at all over the holiday weekend so that doesn't help. Also am close to my TOM. How long are you in Belize for?! That sounds fantastic!!!! momtopands Hopefully you will chime in and claim this one!!
