Last month, I lowered my usual goal of 10 lbs to 8 lbs, and I ended up only losing 3 lbs for the whole month. :o While I am tempted to drop my goal even further to 5-6 lbs for the month, I really want to try to hit the 175lb range, so I'm going to stick with last month's goal of 8 lbs to see if I can manage to do it this time around. Fingers crossed! :crossed: I have a trip back home coming up in July, and I'd like to see if I can pick my momentum back up before heading home to see people I haven't seen in almost 6 years...not to mention that I will likely gain a little weight while I'm there with all the delicious food available, so I need to lose what I can before I go! :lol: Best of luck to everyone in May! :wave: -------------------------- April 30th Weigh-In: 183.4 Month Goal Weight: 175.4 May 31st Weigh-In: 175.4 Total Month Weight Loss: 8.0 lbs. Ok, this month I should get to the target I set for Maintenance which was middle of normal BMI for me.
At this point i'm not completely sure what I want to do: it's all been pretty easy, so do I want to lose another couple of kg whilst i'm in the zone? I think I do, but shall I do it following the same rules as I have been? Or shall I do it by easing off a bit so that the loss is slower and helps me transition to Maintenance (I don't really know what maintenance looks like anyway, so some work needed there). Hmmm. My goal is 5 pounds from today's weight. (Technically this goal is 2.8 pounds from my low this month, so doable for me, I think. I hope. ;) )

May goal 4 pounds I'm back, you would think I would learn these challenges keep me in line. I think I have a little water weight from the weekend, we'll see how it goes. ophelia you're doing great!! 5/1-144.6 5/2-144.5 5/3-143.3 5/16-142.5 5/23-142.1 5/31-142.8 so close to 2 pounds lost, can't complain about that. I ended up having a horrible 3 day stretch and gained 8 lbs. when it was over. I am not sure how I want to list my goal because I know at least 5 lbs. is water weight and will be gone soon... I think I will start out with this format and then when I get back to 161.8 I will track the other way. My goal this month will be 4 lbs (ending at 158.4) SW: 169.4 GW: 157.8 |
