nicoley Restaurant food is sooooo hard!! It blows my mind how much butter they use and the difference in their calorie counts vs. the same thing made from home. Nice drop!

ophelia Nice drop!!! How did your water intake go yesterday? I think I ended up around 90oz, but aim to for 120ish.

flower Thank you! You are doing awesome as well!! Can you please send a little of your fitness willpower this way please?!

kfunk Nice loss! And thanks again. Had another blah day yesterday but I stayed on plan this time!

nicoley Good loss! You are trending down. Restaurants are a pain but not impossible. Everything is online these days so when my daughter wanted buffalo wild wings for her birthday dinner I managed to have a plan of what to order when I got there. Helped a lot!

Ophelia Congrats on a couple days of losses. I understand the frustration of the bouncing up and down. Hope your trend continues!

I didn't post yesterday, just felt blah all day. Didn't work out until 6pm which is not normal for me and the scale was up for no reason. In the past I would have used it as an excuse to go eat whatever I wanted and forget the stupid exercise/healthy eating plan but I resisted. I got a reward on the scale today. I will stay on plan again and keep focusing on my goal!

kfunk Thanks. It was a struggle. Hoping for that new decade but TOM is coming soon so we'll see.

Morning all! I have discovered the culprit to my stall and bounce back up. It’s that TOM. Yay. Going back in the right direction, but I haven’t had much energy to get on the treadmill. Work has been a little stressful, and I just don’t seem to have it in me to get to it after picking up my daughter, making dinner, doing dishes and whatever else needs to get done for the night. I actually got into my workout clothes last night and just did chores.

The weekend is coming, and I usually have a little more time and energy to get out and do something active. Hopefully I’ll get a whoosh when TOM leaves. I’ve been good, get with the program scale!

Momtopands The blahs must be in the air. Awesome job pushing through!
Kfunk6113 Do you put anything in your water? Flavoring of any kind?
Nicoley73 Hibachi sounds soooo good. Lol. You’re tracking the same way I am – down, down, up, down. It stinks but seeing everyone else’s ups and downs help me feel “normal” and makes me want to stay committed to this. Thanks for sharing.
Flower1 Did you get your walk in? I like all of your goals! I think I might steal your 1000 mile challenge. Do you have a set time you want to achieve that in?
Ophelia Fingers crossed for you that the scale will stay down. For me, this group is about good days and bad days both. I’m ok with hearing about your bad days too. You’re a super positive person on here (from what I’ve seen), you’re entitled to rest from cheerleader duties.

momtopands I hope that your TOM is kind to you!

snowmama I hope that you get a nice whoosh after you are done with your TOM. I drink my water plain, but I did buy a bunch of naturally flavored water with no artificial sugars in an attempt to quit drinking diet coke! The waters are really good, but still plan on getting in as much regular water as possible.

flower1: I'm glad you've been able to push yourself to keep moving, despite the lack of motivation...that's half the battle!

nicoley73: Thank you, and nice drops to you, as well! I hope you get another today to show an overall loss for the week!

kfunk: I've been hit and miss on the water since my last post...the day you asked, I got in the one 2.2 L bottle; the next day, I got in 3.5L; but then, yesterday, I only got in about a liter because we were out of town, and I forgot my water bottle. Hoping to hit some more consistent amounts today and next week! Haha. Nice drop today, by the way!

momtopands: I yoyo'ed a little after my last post, but that usually happens when I have some back-to-back losses, so I'm just happy I settled back into the same weight from my last post by the end of the week...lol. I hope I can get the same or similar momentum going for Week Four! And, congrats on the whoosh back down and being able to keep it down over the past couple of days!

SnowMama: Ah, TOM is often the culprit for random gains for many of us, it seems...gotta love it, lol. I'm glad you figured it out and are already seeing it come back down! And, thank you for being understanding with my ups and downs, as well.

---------------------------------

It's been busy the past couple of days, but I have still been tracking all along! I've mostly just been yoyo'ing a little and settled back down to the same weight from my last post, but that seems pretty typical after a couple decent losses in a row. Also, while my overall loss for Week Three is showing 4.2 lbs, it's more like 2-3 lbs, just because of the huge gain at the end of last week throwing it all off. In either case, I will very happily take it and be grateful for a good week after so many slow ones!

Week Three
15: 186.6
16: 184.4
17: 184.0
18: 183.0
19: 183.0
20: 183.8
21: 183.0
----------------------------
End of Week Two: 187.2
Total Loss for Week Three: 4.2 lbs.

Weigh-in was 182.4 today...fingers crossed that this will be the beginning of a continued downward trend. I was low on my water yesterday - probably only 60-70oz - so, I'm hoping this isn't just a little bit of dehydration at play. As always, I'll be trying to hit my full water goal today, and we'll see what happens tomorrow.

Just 1.2lbs to go! No alcohol and doing IF along with LCHF is really working. I haven't exercised again in over a week, hoping to start sometime this week if/when my knee starts feeling better. On Thursday at work, I got up the wrong way and my knee locked up for the first time ever. It has been sore but today it feels a lot better so fingers crossed.

Have a good week, all!

Ophelia nice losses. Even though you bumped up you still lost a lot last week so celebrating staying on track no matter what the scale says!

Amandie congrats on your loss!

Kfunk and nicoley keep up the good work. Hoping for a whoosh soon!

I have finally made it to a new decade! Hopefully i'll keep it in spite of TOM. It's been longer than I can remember since i've been at this weight so i'm rejoicing and staying on plan! Thankfully my back pain is back under control and I can workout daily without pain again. Keep up the good work everyone!

This is driving me bananas. I saw 179 on the scale over the weekend, but I'm hovering around 180. I'm staying on plan, no cheats and no days off. I feel good though, so that's a big difference. I'm starting to fit back into my clothes comfortably which is exciting. I shopped for more than shoes this weekend, bought a dress and a new shirt. I haven't felt like doing that for months.
