Ange: Better than forgetting to post in the actual thread itself, I'd say! But, you're still very welcome...lol.
Beeps: That's how I feel with the threads on here and on FB groups...I get excited and join a bunch, then get overwhelmed with all the personals to catch up on after missing a couple days here or there, lol. And, the yoga sounds nice...I just got a thicker mat for our tile floors, because the one I'd gotten recently was much too thin and still killed my back and knees while trying to do my old yoga videos that I used to love. I may try it out and do a routine this evening, as well!
Crazy, there is less than 1 week left in this challenge. The older I get the faster that time flies.
Congrats on making your goal cute
It is unlikely that I will whoosh down to my goal weight, but considering how many slip ups I had during this challenge I am happy with the progress that I have made
I have to return to logging my food....the break that I took obviously immediately translated into "eating too much". And, my scale weight has popped up 4 lbs. NO bueno.
I started logging, again, today - and am trying to re-apportion my calories to allow for a late-night snack. This means that I have to cut back on my lunch portion of food and my supper portion of food, too. Sigh.
I've been able to lose 25.9 lbs in 14 weeks. And I am officialy overweight, I am not obese anymore
I don't know what I am going to do after this challenge, this really inspired me to lose weight every week. I used the spreadsheet every week to check on my progress, thank you amandie for that, it really helped me a lot.
It's been a pleasure to be in this challenge with you all!!
If there is another challenge like this one, I'll surely join in!!
Blitzed it! (Although I had a modest target to be fair!!). I lost 18.5lb, and got below my original target.
Fantastic work cute you've done amazingly. Agree that various challenges/threads on here (and the lovely people )are what have kept me motivated through the year. It seemed such a long timeline at the start, but here we are.
Well, my last entry on the spreadsheet was 169.4. I asked this last week, but no one answered...is today the last day (the 20th), like the spreadsheet states, or is it tomorrow (the 21st) like the actual challenge thread states? Boopchick? If it's considered today, I fell about 2.4 lbs short of my goal...but, I still lost 18.4 lbs over the course of the challenge, so I can't be too upset about that!

great work Ophelia We lost the same amount
Ha, i'm not really worried if it finishes today or yesterday, but I see you've been stuck at 169 for a while so you're probably due a shift. It's better than been stuck in the 170's though!
I'm a bit sad this one has finished.
Also that no new ones are going to suit me now.
Perhaps I should start my own "Plan to stay the same July-December" thread - trouble is it doesn't sound very exciting somehow......
Ange: That's true! I'd rather be here than still stuck in the 170s! And, I don't see why you couldn't still be in the future challenges as well, even though you're in maintenance now...just have your "goal weight" be the same weight. You're bound to fluctuate a little up and down over the course of a few months, so it's still technically a goal!

I noticed that boopchick hasn't posted anything since April...anyone know where she went, if she's alright, or if she plans on coming back to make the next thread?

I didn't participate in this thread, was waiting to join a Summer to Fall challenge. If boopchick isn't around these days, I'll start up a new one. Off to do that now.
