2% Weight Loss Challenge #124
Hello everyone!
Welcome to our new 2% weight loss challenge! Post your weight at the start of the challenge or on joining the thread and your 2% goal. To find 2% of your weight multiply your weight by 0.02. Round up to whatever units your scale measures ie 0.2, 0.5 or 1.
First one to lose 2% is the winner and starts the new thread.

Goal- 2.5 lbs, so 122.5 lbs
I'm going for a lb a month so I'm not expecting to win any of these any time soon, but it's fun watching you all!

kfunk: I'm aiming for about 12 cups (3 liters). I was only doing 2 liters so I increased it. How about you?

flower My normal intake is 120oz but I try to get more when I can. I have been feeling rundown and icky lately and it has been hard to hit 120.
