Hello everyone!
Welcome to our new 2% weight loss challenge! Post your weight at the start of the challenge or on joining the thread and your 2% goal. To find 2% of your weight multiply your weight by 0.02. Round up to whatever units your scale measures ie 0.2, 0.5 or 1. First one to lose 2% is the winner and starts the new thread. Good Luck!! |

Goal- 2.5 lbs, so 122.5 lbs I'm going for a lb a month so I'm not expecting to win any of these any time soon, but it's fun watching you all! |

flower My normal intake is 120oz but I try to get more when I can. I have been feeling rundown and icky lately and it has been hard to hit 120.

Up a bit but I think it is mostly water (at least I hope so). Saturday night I had popcorn which probably had a lot of sodium and then last night I had a personal size (small) pizza which was also quite salty. The pizza was vegetarian and had a super thin crust made out of rice flour. Calorie wise it was quite good but sodium wise not so great. I'm going to drink extra water today and hopefully my downward trend will start again soon. I've been doing lots of exercise.

I've been drinking lots of water and my eating is on plan so I was a bit disappointed with such a tiny drop. However, I didn't do any exercise yesterday so I'm going to try to do the bike and treadmill today and see if I have a drop tomorrow.

flower Hopefully adding in the bike and treadmill will help!! Finally, I stopped gaining! That is frustrating because my food intake has been really good!! Down a tiny bit for me today. I did the bike yesterday and I think it helps. I'm planning a long walk today.

I hit my goal today and went past it by .2. I had a major whoosh. My weight hadn't moved much all week so I think it had been coming for awhile. I will start a new thread.
