kfunk: I feel your frustration. Do you know why you overate? I'm just asking because when this happens to me it usually involves my feelings and I use food as a way of making myself feel better. I recognize this about myself and try to find other ways of dealing with my emotions ie - try to shift the focus to something else, walking, etc.
flower Thank you! That is such a great question.. I have been thinking about it, and I can't pinpoint it. I was not sad, angry, bored or any other emotion that I can associate it with. It is like a switch flips off on the weekends, and come Monday it turns on and I am back on plan. I have no ability to moderate myself once I get a taste of something that is off plan, so I think I just need to abstain until I can figure that out.
kfunk: Nice drop! Well done. I got 2 walks in. After I got home from my first walk a friend phoned and asked if I wanted to walk her dogs with her. I think I got about 80 minutes in overall. Were you able to get your work out in last night?
