GW: 194.4, new GW: 192.4
TooManyDimples: Way to go staying in the 250's! Crossing into a new decade is really motivating, isn't it? I'm hoping to get into the 180's within the next couple of weeks... I haven't been there in a long time!
Happy New Year everyone!
Thanks for the thread GardenerJoy!
Goal 5 pounds again
A little scary as that’d put me in the 140s

1/22-148.0 that’s goal! Now to keep it off until the end of the month
Just popping in really quick today...will do personals tomorrow!
The scale is saying I'm randomly back up 2 lbs to 206.2 today, so I'm just going to accept that this is not going to be a good week for me, lol. I'm staying on-plan through it all, but I'm afraid to even look again until TOM is out of town. I'll keep checking out of morbid curiosity, though...this crazy up-and-down bloating is making me feel like a Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade balloon!
Week Three

16: 203.8
17: 206.6
18: 203.8 - TOM.

Kelijpa: I just noticed that you are about to hit your LT goal of 148... which is my LT goal, too... and that you started at roughly the same weight I did. Congratulations! How long ago did you start?
Just what the what?! I know I didn't drink enough water yesterday and dinner was a bit salty so I guess that could be the issue. But DANG IT how annoying. I'll try to flush it out today and hope for a whoosh. Just boo.

Well, it looks like I've hit my second goal for January quicker than I expected. I'm a little concerned that I may bounce back up, so my goal for the rest of the month is to maintain at this level. I've been loosely following a "slow carb" plan... eating mainly lean protein, green veggies and beans with an occasional piece of fruit... so I may add a little more fruit (I've been craving oranges) and/or yogurt.
I recently started taking magnesium supplement because I've had intermittent flare-ups of muscle and joint pain. I don't take any other supplements, though, and I'm curious what the rest of you are doing - e.g., do you take a multivitamin?
Nice progress, VickieLou and Chunka! I hope everyone is having a good weekend... January is flying by!
The TOM yo-yoing continues with a weigh-in back down a little to 204.4...which means I am ending Week Three with a bit of a gain overall from last week. I've stayed on plan, so I'm hoping that - once TOM is over sometime in the next few days - it will all come back down, and I will have something to show for my efforts soon. Fingers crossed, and here's to an awesome Week Four for us all!

After a very long time I remembered 3fatchicks and I was wondering if I could join your January challenge. I started the new WW program just a week ago and I have been successful--5 lbs. lost as of today. I just moved from Arizona to Ohio and this last month has been quite challenging.
