What a horrible start to the challenge!! I have been sticking to my carb goal so I am hopefully that this is a random gain and that it will whoosh away very soon!! I have been doing low carb (around 25 net grams per day, with one day hitting 30) for a little over a week and have not had the results that most people have early on. I will finish out the month but if I don't see significant improvement then I am going back to my normal routine!

Yay! I've been so disappointed in my weigjt loss that I've been eating more...I think I wasn't eating enough. Mental note - less is not more...
