Thanks kfunk!! I was on a business trip, man it was hard. I travelled with a couple of guys and all they wanted to do is eat out.

They always do.... the perks of the trip! Well ladies so pleased you're both dropping those numbers. I still haven't budged yet - think I'm on another mini-plateau. I'll see what happens this week.

Thank you kfunk. He has his diagnosis now - it is as we suspected so he's starting his treatment and we are babysitting his little brother. So things are crazy in my house right now.... still stuck on my plateau but obviously couldn't care less right now!! Still eating keto to keep everything as 'normal' as possible but we'll see what happens this week... if I gain or maintain so be it right now.

mrsmcsmuffins You guys are so wonderful to look after his brother, this must be so stressful for his parents... I can not imagine. As a parent this is one of my worst nightmares. I will keep the little guy in my prayers :hug:
