Losing 30.6 by christmas will be my dream, I dont not if am able to do. Yestarday I weitght at 166.8.

Thanks kfunk! I dropped back down to 218 this morning so I'm feeling a little better about it. I'm not sure I would be able to mentally handle the number climbing back up too high even knowing it was just water. It's funny how you can understand something intellectually but still not be able tolerate it emotionally. Have a great day!!

boop I agree 100%!!! and I am not strong enough to give up daily weigh-ins either!!

tuca How do you like Southbeach? Do you find it easy to stick to it? I tried that about 10 years ago and had some success short term, but I wasn't dedicated enough to stick with it. I cut down on my carbs, cut out wheat, and reduced the amount of alcohol I drink. My diet was really bad before!!

kfunk I haven't really been doing anything in particular to lose, but somehow made it back down to 252.2 this morning. I'm so ready to be below 250. I have a vacation coming in 24 days where I'll have 12 days off. I'm really hoping to do some weight loss "damage" during that time and lose at least 5 pounds. We have 2 hikes planned at this point and possibly a third. Plus I'll be camping for two days of the 12.

jrkessle You are so close, great job!! I hope that you kick butt on your vacation, it should really help being able to get those hikes in and also getting some sleep!! What kinds of food do you usually bring with you when you camp?

I'm still going strong on Whole30. About two more weeks and I will oficially weight in...although I confess I gave in and hopped on a scales the other day and I liked what I saw.... 8 pounds down But I won't make it official until my official, end-of-Whole30 weight in!

kfunk this is really my first time truly camping, so I'll just be bringing whatever my co-camper tells me to. She's a professional lol. We're leaving Saturday morning the 7th and coming back mid-day or so Sunday morning the 8th. It's really just an overnight trip. I did see 251.8 this morning though. I really want to be below 250 by the end of the week.

Kfunk6113- right now I eat a smoothie for breakfast and try to stick to a healthy diet. My cholesterol is high which is why i am getting serious again. I have gained a good 30lbs in the past 2 years. Im trying to get back to the program.
