ronja I think that I am going to try to weigh in weekly, I think it will be something fun to look forward too!! I am still going to pop in to my daily weigh in threads and post and cheer people on though!

oooohhh 5 children!! You are so blessed!! What are their ages? I would love to expand our family, I have a 6 yr. old daughter and 3 yr. old son!

Your November plan sounds really smart!! I am going to try to focus on only indulging on the foods that I really, really want instead of grazing on things just because they are in front of me. If I can maintain then I know I have won!!

We went to visit my inlaws last night and I don't know what it is about traveling in the car, but I am always tempted to stop for desert on the way home. I had totally talked myself in to stopping at the store for cheesecake and was justifying it because it is my TOM. I was really hungry but managed to change my mind (that NEVER happens once I make my mind up) and told myself that I would go home and go to bed and buy the cheesecake and eat it for lunch or dinner today instead. I don't think that I really want it anymore, so will skip it all together!! This is so big for me, I am very proud of myself!!!

kfunk6113 I have two sets of twin girls. The odler girls are 6 and just started school, younger girls are 3 and just started kindergarten. And I have a 1 year old baby girl who I like to call a cherry on the top It has been a wild ride, let me tell you, but I wouldn't change it for a world. They're amazing and now they're growing up, they play together all day long and I love watching them.

Well done to you on resisting your temptations! It's interesting to share what triggers each of us. I don't have this car ride temptation you describe, but a similar one, for some reason I'm always crazy for food as soon as I reach home after a longer journey. No matter if I have eaten just before, or even in the car, I am always hungry as soon as I step inside. To reach home means to eat. It's something I have to look into and deal in with some healthy way!

ronja They are so lucky that they have each other, I always wanted a sister!! My daughter just started first grade today. It is so bittersweet, they are growing up way too fast, I wish that I could keep them little forever!!

It is super interesting to realize our triggers. I am hoping that this was the first step to dominating my car trigger. Maybe if I say "no" a few more times then my new habit will be going straight home!!

kfunk the first few days of the month I was eating out with friends. I haven't been as active this month as I normally am, either. I'm hoping next week to start working out again, but for whatever reason that makes me really nervous. I've never had an issue with people judging me in a gym, but for some reason this time around I'm having issue being motivated to go to the gym. The last time when I lost 60 pounds I was going to the gym 5 days a week and I loved it.

It is so hard to get back in rhythm, but once you do for a few days in a row it should be much easier. I have been reading posts in this forum for almost 1 year now and something that is repeated over and over again is that your diet is for weight loss and exercise is for fitness. I am really lazy though and barely ever work out, I WILL change that at some point. There is still plenty of time left in the month, you've got this!!
