I'm going the wrong way! Ug! It's my fault I know but it's still frustrating. I have been walking more this month but I haven't worked out as it's so hot (32c feels like 36c / 85f & 89f ) and I'm having lots of hot flashes and it makes it uncomfortable. Yes, yes, excuses. I know.
