I chose 5.3 pounds as my goal for the month, which is ambitious for me. I guess I was in the mood for a wild idea. ;) I'm down 2.6 pounds, so have 2.7 to go. That's not likely, but we'll see. :D On the plus side, I'm comfortable with my exercise and calorie level - feeling like I'm in the zone and could live this way indefinitely. So it feels like I just need time to work its magic.
I am wondering though if I should change my calories a little, experiment with going a little higher or lower, to speed up my loss. I'm averaging about 1 pound a week this month, which is a good (but not great) rate for me. |

I personally wouldn't tweak your plan, you are in a perfect spot, if it aint broke... 1 lb. a week is FANTASTIC for someone who weighs as little as you do!!! 1 lb. per week is awesome for anyone!! kelijpa WOW, that is awesome!! Keep up all the hard work, its exciting to think that there is still 12 days left in the month!! It must feel so good to know that you have already reached your goal!! |

Glad that it helped lunkah!! Did your weight stall for a bit when you incorporated exercise? The first couple weeks I moved down nicely, but this past week I have been completely on plan (Monday-Saturday) and I am starting to get frustrated!! I have definitely been slacking this month and will be nowhere near my goal for the month. If I can get down to 252 I will be happy. I'm excited for the cooler weather because we will definitely be going on some long hikes when it's not 80 degrees at 8pm still. I think my schedule is also changing again so I don't think I'll be working at 4am anymore. Fingers crossed anyway... |
