Week 2 chart everyone!

Just updated my chart...I had a slow week last week and kept bouncing back and forth on the same weight for most of the week. Finally started to move back down again yesterday, but it only made for a little over a pound down for Week Two. Hoping that this next week will go a lot more smoothly! :crossed:

So I weighed-in and lost 2.2 lbs but I didn't really do my plan like I should have done it. So this week, it's on!!!

Unfortunately, I didn't go to Jazzercise today but I wasn't really feeling up to it. I'm going through radiation 5 days a week for 10 minutes for the next 6 weeks. (for breast cancer which is totally gone!:)) but you still have to go through protocol, and some days it's harder to get up. (Actually my finance gets me up each morning to go but he was running late so I told him not to worry, I'll go tomorrow.) I do have a car but hate moving it because of the horrible parking
in our neighbor.

But tomorrow I will be there cause a girl don't like wasting money! lol This will be my first day missing and I've been going for at least a month now. I also walk at least a mile; maybe I'll try and walk this evening.

Yesterday my scale wasn't working well, but I weighed in today and I lost 3.3 lbs. I am 206.8 now, just 10.8 lbs to reach my goal weigh for this challenge :carrot:

I'll start going to the gym this week after my exams, I hope it helps to lose weigh even faster. I have my graduation in a month and I'd like to look great that day :)

I had a bad week on vacation and did not exercise or really follow any calorie restrictions. Plus, I had a ton of sodium. I bounced up almost 8 pounds! Omg. I know most of it is water weight, but still a bummer to see on the scale. I did have 3 of those pounds drop from yesterday to this morning, so I am hoping the rest will follow suit in the next few days. A lot of exercise and water is all I foresee in my future!

Hey everyone!

Had a bit of a break from T25, due to laziness unfortunately, but I know myself well enough to know that these hiccups are to be expected! I definitely have to workout in the morning, I have a very set routine and if I get out of it then I feel like I'm off for the rest of the day playing catch up which stresses me out. I dunno, I've just learned to accept it now and make sure I work out in the morning before I do anything else! But 9 workouts done 81 to go. :)

My weight fluttered back up to the 173's as a result of laziness/overeating. My weigh in last week averaged at 172.4 lbs so I've put back on a pound this week so far. I think I'm going to try and maintain 173/172 for the next week or so because my parents are visiting tomorrow for just over a week, which is really surreal actually! I never thought they'd visit me so it was quite a surprise when they ended up booking the flights in December. They're currently swanning around New York but they'll be in the deep south from tomorrow. I've got a nice itinerary planned for them, not as action packed as when my friends came to visit but still we'll be doing a lot of activities. Mainly wandering, eating and hiking!

I'm planning to do a T25 on all the days except the ones where we're hiking, since I think that'd be over kill for my legs! So technically I'll be working out every day, but I love hiking so much that it won't feel like a workout. I am going to be indulging on the delicious food Atlanta has to offer while they're here though. I've warned them that money is a bit of a problem for us right now which they completely understand, so I've planned to eat in a lot of the nights and if they want to eat out they can do.

Anywho, I'm just ranting now! I may not be posting in as often while my parents are in town but we'll see! They're quite relaxed travelers and since they're staying at an Airbnb I won't feel so rushed in the mornings. They'll have to wait for me, mwahaha.

countrygirl & ButterCup85 - Welcome!!

lunaaabelle - Sorry to hear you regained the pound, but as you said, it's not so bad! I think when we regain we have to raise our hands and admit that we just didn't do enough, but knowing that we can always improve the next day. Walking is such a great way to lose weight on top of exercise, when I lived in a big city I walked everywhere and I think that's what kept off the weight for so long until I began horrifically overeating!

jessiegreene - Always look to the future and what good you can do when you make the right choices! Good luck!

Ophelia - You're doing an excellent job looking at your numbers!! Keep it up!!

Niecey - Hey, 2.2 lbs is still a great number!! I know it sucks when you know it could be better but sounds like you had a lot on your plate with radiation!! I'm so pleased to hear you kicked cancers ugly a$$.

wanna be cute - Well done!!

Farn - Vacations are a bugger like that, but I hope you had fun!! I'm sure that 8 lbs will fly off in no time. I lost 5 lbs of vacation water retention in a week so I'm sure with your plan of water/exercise you'll see those remaining 5 lbs fall off too :)

Well done, all your charters!! You're really inspiring me.

I'm still plodding on with the 5:2 diet. Mostly quite successful but last week ~ heartbreak hotel here; Men! Can't live with them, can't bury them under the patio..... ~ was a bit of a carb fest, which automatically means a cal fest too. Darnit! Why do breads/cakes/cookies have to taste so good but cost so many cals/carbs?!!?
Hard at it this week.
Have also made the jump to monthly weighing but should get something in the chart next week. Let's hope it's worth it!! :D

Had to go bra shopping on Monday. Hurrah for bra fitters! I've gone from a 48C to a 36F ~ glad the backfat's going but the girlies are staying ;)

Mini update: I went to my first netball session in like 9 years (!!) last night. During the warm up I felt like I was going to throw up / die but I slowed down a little and pushed through. My mind says I can do all the stuff I could do when I was really skinny so I push myself but my body is like "nah" which sucks as I'm so competitive.
I did enjoy myself tho!! And I paid for 6 weeks upfront to motivate myself to go.
My thighs are killing me but it's a nice feeling as I know I worked damn hard.

Niecey 05-10-2017 02:27 PM

I so felt like I wanted to toss my cookies last night, and today through my workout but I hung in there. I got on the scale and seem to have lost three more pounds. So I think the reason I may feel nauseous and queasy is because of my keto program. I here you can feel this way when you first start out so I'll just have to hang in there cause I like the loss! lol

Riwarella - I bet your parents are loving their vacation!!! Talk about relaxing. I want to do that some day.

Farn0057 - don't beat yourself up. Sodium sucks! It will go back down.

opheliaphoenix - it will happen for you! I was definitely going through the same thing last week except I gained. ick! But it seems to be going in the right direction again.

I.wanna.be.cute - Woot! woot! Get it girl! You are on your way!

Farn0057 05-11-2017 07:23 PM

Niecey: I missed your post the other day about beating breast cancer! You are a warrior and a true fighter!! I'm glad to hear you are well now!!! Hugs!

Back down to pre-vacation weight. I feel like I'm back in action now and looking forward to having a drop at the next weigh in!

jessiegreene 05-12-2017 08:41 AM

could someone please tell me when we're weighing in and how to get info to the person controlling the chart? I started in week two so I know there is no info up until next weigh in... thank you!!!

LauraRVA42011 05-12-2017 10:16 AM

Jessie everything is on the first page in the original post. There is a link to the tracking document there.

jessiegreene 05-12-2017 11:19 AM

Thank you, I saw and read that but was unaware that the info I put n carried over or stayed in the original document, Thank you again!!

lunaaabelle 05-13-2017 03:12 AM

Weighed in and have lost the 2lb I was hoping for. If I continue a 2lb loss until the end of the challenge I'll hit my target!

Well done to all who have weighed in so far <3

I.wanna.be.cute 05-14-2017 10:31 AM

This week I will probably not lose any weight, I'm a little sick, my tension and my sugar levels are bad. I've been eating things with sugar for three days and I'm not as dizzy or weak as before.
Don't worry, I don't get dizzy because of the diet, it's just that when I have exams the stress is too much and my sugar levels drop. I improve shortly after completing the exams every year.
I hope to get well soon, I really want to achieve my goal weight
