Hey ladies!!

Princess congrats on getting to 150!! You did really well on vacation and not letting the scale get the best of you when you got home, goes to show that if you keep going you will have success!!

-11.9 lbs. is amazing daydreamer!!

gulf I also struggle with quitting diet coke, and it is even harder for me because I use it to help make it through the hard times! I weigh in weekly now too, hopefully we have good news this Sunday!

weekend I hope that you guys get an offer soon! The stress of selling a house and moving is huge! I totally agree with you that meal planning is a huge part of success, I hope that you can get back to that soon!

Congrats on your -8 lbs tabbycat!

jessie I had the exact same thing happen on the weekends and eventually ended up cutting way back. I drank on New Years Eve and Easter and that is it. There are 2 events coming up that I will probably end up having a few for, but I struggle with maintaining a buzz, and instead, get wasted.

webwoman soup and salad days sound like a good idea!! I absolutely love both of those things!! I am doing a water cleanse today to see if that helps the scale budge this weekend.

Laura Good job chipping away!! Do you weigh every day, or weekly?

Work is still very busy, my personal life is super busy! I keep putting off working out, and a big part is because I don't want to, but honestly, it would be very difficult right now due to my schedule. Last week was a bit rough coming off my period. I ate as if I were in maintenance and it showed on the scale. We had a family birthday party for my daughter on Sunday and I ended up binging at the end of the day.

I did a water cleanse on Monday because I felt awful on Sunday night. Yesterday I ate well but we had a catered lunch at work and I ate heavier than I normally would have for lunch. This morning I was 207.2 and am doing a water cleanse and then will go back to my normal plan for the rest of the week. I am getting a bit nervous that I am not going to make it!

I really enjoyed seeing the daily fluctuations but ended up getting a bit too obsessive over it. One day I am sure I will be back to daily weighing. I am really close to making my goal for the Mother's Day challenge, but tonight we celebrated Mother's day with my family and I ate a huge meal and will be shocked if I wake up without a gain.

I hope that everyone is doing well and finishing up strong!!

Serious decline in appetite these last two weeks and could feel my body 'slowing down.' Even after eating well and exercising I experienced a 2lb gain. Back down to where I was, thank God. I don't know if I'll make goal for Memorial Day but I'm not giving up

Kfunk I've learned that I'm a scale obsessive and must be restricted to one day a week haha! But I still cheat sometimes and peek....
Princess you go girl!!!!!

Starting: 270.4
MDay challenge start: 259.0
Current weight: 251.4
MDay challenge goal: 247.0

Looking forward to everyone's updates. And HAPPY MOTHERS DAY

Hi ladies Happy Belated Mothers day to all the moms out there, hope you all had a fantastic day.

Great to come in and catch up with all of your news and congratulationsss to all of you on the losses, yay! WTG ladies! 2 weeks left to our challenge!

I have not been steadily OP every day but am more often than not and have managed to maintain that way. I didn't WI after this weekend though and indulged a bit at the luncheon I held yesterday. Webwoman, mass and mass! lol Not too far away really, and I could go on and on about the projects.......

The past few weeks surely have been busy, we had a great turnout at the firs topen house 2 weeks ago but not so much last week for no clear reason but the interest level has been very good and we do have a few buyers inquiring but some keeping us hanging and eek, it def. can be stressful! Just trying to take things in stride.

Weather has been cold and rainy for some time but beginning tomorrow we will be jumping right into summer, it can be like that in New England sometimes. You can miss spring entirely and go from 50 degrees to 80 or 90 in a matter of a day! lol I am very much looking forward to it! We can finally do the cookouts I have talked about here in the past.

I have to run out to do some errands but want to congratulate you all again! The charts are looking great! Bravo for keeping at it. Hope to catch up with you all personally soon! kfunk, I bet you felt good after that water cleanout! Britt, I responded awhile back but it came back to me...I hadn't even gone in to fitbit and oh I need to recharge it right now that I think of it! Hope you all a wonderful day, keep up the great work everyone

gulf I am glad that you were able to get back down!! I don't think that I will be making goal either, but I just plan on finishing the final week strong!

rosinante and daydreamer you guys are killing it!! So close to goal, great job

I hope that you have an awesome time in Germany, rosinante!

Sounds like you have been very busy weekend!! I hope that things are going well with your house and that you guys get an offer soon, sounds like there is a lot of interest! Glad that the weather warmed up! We have had cold and rainy weather for over a week. Yesterday we had my daughter's 6th bday party for her friends. We had a bouncy house, but it was 50 degrees and pouring rain so we had to move out all of the furniture and put it up in our upstairs living room. There were 17 kids total and I was so glad when it was over!!

I have been struggling lately. My weight loss for May has slowed to a crawl, I haven't been able to make the last few challenge goals. I had a huge binge yesterday, the biggest in 6 months. It was really bad. Thinking back throughout the month I have had 2 binges, I have had a few meals out, and indulged more than I normally would have. I am lucky that I am down anything at all.

I think that I will be going back to daily weigh ins. After that huge binge I was up 3.8 lbs this morning! I am mad at myself for wasting nearly 1 month, but I am determined to learn from this and get back on track.

I hope that everyone is doing well!! One more week It has been a pleasure doing this challenge with you all

Rosinante: You did amazing!! Hope you enjoy yourself in Germany!!

kfunk6113: Sometimes we start going for 'easier' options once we have gotten into a routine. Or at least I do, in the past I'd start great, barely sweets and junk food... A couple of months in, I'll be eating within my calorie range but my choice of food has decade considerably. I'd eat chocolate instead of an apple, or a SMALL portion of fast food to stay within calories. That usually slows my weight loss. So, don't give up, just reevaluate and jump back in the game. Also, snail pace is better than nothing, or even worse, than going backwards!

----

One week left gals! I set up a second goal, which is a bit ambitious but 210 is so close! We'll see if I make it. :P Hope you are all doing great! ^_^
