Yes, I agree it's great and I am happy. But I just started a new plan, and that's the whoosh you usually get when first starting out, so realize that the losses will not continue to be that good. I am happy to be getting out of the 200s though.

I'm up two pounds, but I believe part of that is due to constipation. That's my excuse, and I'm sticking to it! LOL

I'm also a little constipated, too, WBH. I am flabbergasted that I binged half of last week and am back to where I was last Tuesday WITH constipation! I think moving to OMAD may have been an even better decision than I thought!

I forgot to post my monthly update for March yesterday, so here it is! At the end of February, I was at 258.0, so the results for the month are below:

Today is supposed to be my weigh-in day but I feel fat, so I'm postponing it til tomorrow. I don't think I can face another gain. I know that's cheating and I'm only cheating myself, but it's psychological. I am determined to stick with this thread the whole year.

Starting out a bit late, but would like the accountability for the year.
I will weight in monthly (or more if I have progress) and typically weight in on Sundays. 3/3 - 164.5 3/12 - 163 - thought I'ld check in since I have made some progress. Hoping to continue the trend. 4/2 - 163 4/9 - 161 - I've had the flu, so hoping I can keep this loss and continue the downward trend. 5/7 - 6/4 - 7/2 - 8/6 - 9/3 - 10/1 - 11/5 - 12/3 - 12/31 - (my goal is to weight 150) |
Wannabe, I like your determination. I also tend to yoyo my weight up and down. I tend to snack, which unhinges my loss, so need to plan for success better. What is the best thing you are doing for weight loss?

Yay! I love looking over everyone's results! It inspires me to keep going. Thanks to those of you who update- even if it's not regularly- I miss some but I try to write it down and update when I'm on! It's getting hot here in Texas. I'd love to be at 230 sometime in early august!
I've just started LCHF as a way of eating and I'm LOVING it. I cut out coke's and cut my fast food down immensely in May and went to only water and coffee. May 28th I cut the honey in my coffee and milk from my diet and went full low carb high fat. Much easier than I thought and there's great recipes. This is something I can do forever, and I will- with some oopsie meals apparently though! lol I got some bad news yesterday and I went and bought Burger King- May be tmi but I spent all last night on the toilet with my head in the trash can at the same time. Last month I ate fast food 5 times I think. And it was all good and yummy and I didn't feel terrible until May 19th- I bought fast food and got sick that night and then yesterday- got sick again. I think I've learned my lesson- so here's to no bad food choices (or at least no fast food!) this month and maybe better weight loss as well as some exercise every week!
