Okay I'm joining this because I've been afraid to weigh myself for weeks, and this will force me to do it. I will weigh in the morning and create my goal once I do! :D

I will join in on this thread, as well. :) I will get my start weight in the morning and use that as my beginning weight, because I will be out of town for the weekend. But, either way, I know that I want my first-month-back-to-3FC goal to be 10 lbs down for January. We shall see. Be back tomorrow!

Alright, I got my beginning weight this morning at 294.6, and edited my first post to reflect that. Hoping to get down to 284.6 by the end of this month. Going out of town today and tomorrow, so I'll be back Monday! Hope everyone has a Happy New Year! :hat:

I am in again! Doing the daily, monthly, and Spring goals...that ought to help keep me out of trouble! lol : ) Goal is to be completely OP on my program month of January and begin the exercise again, I am estimating an 8lb. loss will follow so please put me down for 8lbs. and tyty!

Totally forgot to weigh myself, in favor if hitting the snooze button and sleeping a little longer :p Whatever it is, I definitely aim to be under 155 by the end of the month, but I'll make a more specific goal once i actually weigh myself!

This has been my lifelong struggle, so I'm fearful and hopeful at the same time. My goal is to log my daily weight, be it good or bad, and to lose 10 pounds in January.... I did the December challenge and it really helped to keep me accountable. Here are my goals for January.
01/02: 190 01/09: 188 01/16: 186 01/23: 184 01/30: 182 This would be a total of 20 lbs since I started in December and a total of 8lbs lost in January! |

This is a great thread. I am totally new to the site so hope I am doing everything right! Currently reading an excellent book about habits and why we do what we do and how to change. One of the biggest factors found in studies in relation to achieving habit change is finding a support group of like minded people so here I am! Ready to change my habits for a healthy 2017 Goals as follows: 01/02: 89kg 01/09: 88kg 01/16: 87kg 01/23: 86.5kg 01/30: 86kg Achieving this will mean I will be at the lowest weight I have ever been. In for the long haul.
I fell way short of the 8 lbs I thought I would lose last month, losing one of the eight. My starting weight this month is 250. My goal will only be the remaining 7 lbs of last month, or 243 lbs. I know I lost fat even though it does not show on the scales. I feel better and modified my died removing dairy, which I love. Since starting I have bought no more cheese and only 2 1/2 gallons of Knudsons buttermilk. Wishing the rest of you much more success than I had this past month B F R |
I did not hit my goal last month so I will stick with the same goal as last month: 135.2 which is my lowest in November.

I would like to join! My goal is to lose 5 lbs in January. I just started WW using the smart points on 12/28- I weighed in this morning and had already lost -3lbs. I plan to weigh in weekly to post lbs lost:
