Being a competitive person myself, this is a great way to keep track of your weight and not let it get out of control!!! I am an avid exerciser, so I am not joining the exercise forum. I eat pretty healthy, but my challenge is avoiding the wrong foods (snacks, chocolate, ice cream, etc). I have a sweet tooth! My goal for November is to hit 132.0. I will shoot for 1 pound a week. And stay away from all the Thanksgiving splurges... We can do this!!! Let's go everyone!!! I'll update my weight here: 11/1 - 137.4 (bad day... Halloween candy, snacks...) 11/2 - 136.2 (surprising for a bad day, hubby out of town, taking kids everywhere, guest at home and working late at night, ended up eating to many cashews and small slice of pizza we had for our guest ... out of despair) 11/3 - 136.2 (ok day, had sweet popcorn and 2 slices of small pizza)* 11/4 - 135.8 (bad day, pleasant surprise after a eating too many brownies) 11/5 - 136.0 (bad day... weigh in after hard work at gym. Too much chocolate cake at moms. Only 25 more days gotta get it together) 11/6 - 11/7 - 11/8 - 11/9 - 137.6 (back to square one after a streak of bad eating days with family =(, sister was in town) 11/10 - 135.6 (what??? that was the day after baking a batch of brownies for my kids and eating 1/3 of it, weird!!!)* 11/11 - 135.2 (good day, but had some ice cream and nutella later in the evening) 11/12 - 11/13 - 11/14 - 138.4 (this is embarassing... worked out all 3 days, but also every evening was spent watching a movie and eating junk. sunday went to my moms and had zattarain with meat, and 4 slices of pumpkin cheesecake - ouch!!!) 11/15 - 11/16 - 11/17 - 11/18 - 11/19 - 11/20 - 11/21 - 11/22 - 11/23 - 11/24 - 11/25 - 11/26 - 11/27 - 11/28 - 11/29 - 11/30 - |
I'd love to join this month! My goal for November is to get to 280, which is 10.6 lbs away. Aiming for a loss of 2 lbs per week, which is about what I currently average. :)

Well i failed the October weightloss challenge. So im gonna keep the same goal weight 195 pounds. Im currently 201.2 so its a 6.2 pounds weightloss.

I hit my goal halfway through October, then gained and did not lose enough to get back down again for the final weigh-in. But I am entering November over two pounds lighter than September. That is a win! (I keep telling myself over and over and over again.) I weigh every Tuesday morning. This morning, I was at 190.0. I want to lose eight pounds this month. It's ambitious, but I will have four weeks to get there. Since I lost so little in October, I want November to be a consistent two pounds a week. November Weight Loss Goal - 8 pounds 10/01/2016 - 190.0 Goal Weight - 182.0 11/01/2016 - 190.0 (a set point for me) 11/09/2016 - 185.4 (a whoosh! now to maintain that, and hopefully get the next 3.4 pounds to hit my goal) 11/15/2016 - 185.2 (I am just going to be glad that I didn't get a post-whoosh bump.) 11/22/2016 - 11/29/2016 - 12/05/2016 - 178.6 |

My starting weight is 91.8kgs. I didn't make my goal of losing 2kgs last month, but shooting high for me helped me lose some. So, I'm going to try that again. My goal is -2kgs to reach 89.8kgs (a bonus that it takes me below 90!).

I'm In. I am going to break through this stupid plateau this month. I WILL weigh less than 210 at the end of the month. I'm going to try weighing every day and see if that doesn't give me a little motivation.
