Lurch momma do not get discouraged. I gained back 3 of my pounds too and just realized the problem and fixed it. I had run out of my healthy foods and for 2 weeks ate what was in the house, or ordered out. You can do it.

Sassypants tell me more of this contest? I would be very interested. Great having you here and you are doing great.

As for me it is weigh in day. Lost one and excited for it.10 weeks to go.

Woo, had a great weigh in this weekend and an NSV this morning! Wearing a pair of jeans that were a size too small when I bought them a month ago.

Default Hi... I hope is not too late to join the challenge
I just started the Ideal Protein Diet last Monday 10/10/16 this diet is rough and I need all the support and motivation I can get. After today my weigh-ins will be on Saturdays.

Oct 10 ... 179.8 lbs
Oct 17 ... 172.8 lbs (lost 7 pounds- fyi I get a print out of my body composition and 6 of those pounds I lost were water weight )

UGH! I only lost 1 pound this week... that's what I get for cheating on my diet
I will try to stick to it 100% this week and hoping to lose at least 2lbs next weigh in.
