Hi All, thanks Joy for starting this thread, once again :)
I ended the month with a little vacation and came back with an additional 5 pounds :( Totally expected, even though I walked like crazy. I honestly think a lot of it is water weight, and its TOM. With that being said, my goal is to lose 8 pounds in get safely into the 20's. (just like I said last month!) Starting: 236 Goal: 228 Current: 231 (-5) Sept 1: 236 Sept 4: 231 |
