I just do CICO/IF and exercise. Right now, I seem do be doing this thing where I don't lose for days and then I drop like 3 kg in four days but it averages at about 1 kg a week, which is what I aim for.

envelope I spend some days staying at the same weight or going up (I'm on levothyroxine, which causes water retention and then there's the IBS) and then I suddenly lose. It does get frustrating but the sudden drops are nice! SW: 144.54 2% 3 GW: 141.54 CW: 143.88 (-0.66) |
