My goal is 10,000 steps daily and a strength workout three times a week.

08/01: 12,805 Steps and Strength (1/3)
08/02: 10,998 Steps and hours of unplanned box lifting up and down ladder (Strength 2/3)

Falling behind a little bit as a result of working long hours. However, as of today, I’m off work for a week and I plan to spend most of my time in my beloved parks, taking long walks along the Lake and then relaxing!

Total to date: 140 minutes
Goal: 1,500 minutes

Aug 1: 70 minute walk + 20 minute walk (90/90)
Aug 4: 50 minute walk (50/140)
