Thanks for the reminder, I've put my weight in (tho might change again by Sunday if I can squeeze a bit more off. It's been a difficult few weeks, and I started a new Diet plan, because I was just fiddling around getting nowhere. It took a while to get going but have lost 7.4lbs in a month on it, so maybe I've got the hang of it. Overall in the challenge I've lost 6+lbs. Heyho, better than an increase.

I am back from my 3 week vacation, I lost 2 lbs. Whoohoo! I worked out every second morning for an hour, I continued to watch what I was eating; I tried to stay within 1600 calories per day. In the evening I did enjoy some drinks and good food.
I'm always surprised at how quickly these challenges go by! I'm away from a computer today and can't seem to access the spreadsheet on my phone. Would you please enter 208 for my ending weight? Not great but a little progress. I'll take it

I put my final weight in today. I did simply maintain during the challenge. When I think about it, I was dealing with a lot of work and family issues during May/June and was not able to really able to focus on myself. But I'm content with the result and I will probably be able to focus more now that I'm off work for the summer, and my family problem resolved itself. I enjoyed this challenge. It was fun and motivating.
