Thanks for the new thread, Joy! I think a reasonable goal for April would be 6 lbs., which equates to about 1.5 lbs. per week. I shall use today's weight as my starting point, meaning I'd like to get to a goal weight of 183.0 lbs. by the end of April.

Count me in :) I'm going to goal for a 10 lb loss. I really think I can do more, however we will be going on vacation, so I'm cutting myself some slack! Good luck, friends :)

White rabbits!! I'm hoping to lose 4 lbs this month. The closer I get to my goal, the more difficult it becomes. I'm hoping that the better weather will have me outside working more, melting those pounds off :)
