Good Morning all! I am down a bit which I am happy with because even though I stayed within my calories for the weekend I did not eat well on Easter...oops :bunny:

I love summer challenges - summer is by far the greatest motivation!
I'd like to reach goal by May 31s.

By June 20th, I'd like to have maintained -AND to have succeeded in being able to do one pullup!!

Yeah, I did not gain any weight during my vacation. I stayed on the diet for breakfast and lunch, then I made good choices for dinner but definitely not diet material. I am fine with not losing anything during the week.
Let's start losing again, next weigh in on Friday.

At first I was hesitant about doing this challenge, but even if I don't quite get there it's always nice to have a goal to work towards.

Overate like mad last week, so starting today at 167.7. 147.7 by June 20th would be ace.

I'm up a little over a pound. But I'm not too disheartened as it's less than what I measured midweek. And, there are another 11 weeks left! I'll be very happy when classes end, and my workout schedule can be regulated. This thread is kind of keeping me accountable, lol.

I'm so excited to see all of the ladies that joined, and I wish all of you the best with this challenge.

Stayed on plan last week, but was up and down. I ended up losing 0.75 lbs. over the week. Not much, but it beats a gain!
