Any one else want to join the challenge?
momlife xo, and to this thread. I was blessed with a deer the last day (Wed.)of the season and today I am able to look around again. Whew! The no soda diet is a good one, one that I took some time ago and gave the habit up for life.
Chunkahlunkah, doing great and almost to 21 days. It's good to look at your habits, we all are so busy that reflection becomes imperative.
So I need more indoor exercise as the weather turns and will start with a small change, hoping it leads to bigger changes. My challenge is to do a minimum of 25 situps a day starting today.
Day 1 - Tues.18th - 50su, a good start.

I made it to 21!
I'm picking the same challenge again b/c the habit isn't automatic for me yet.
To make it more challenging, I'm decreasing the number of Pause Days to 2. I'll start tomorrow.

10/24 - Day 2
10/25 -
10/26 -

Onyx,, Sometimes it is harder. Awesome that you are right back to try again. The reason that I set my sit up so low was to gather some energy along the way. So if 64 is not being reached, you could think about starting at half that and then report all the really great days as well. Just a thought. Sending good energy your way.

Thank you workinglikeadog, That is as a great idea . I will give it another try with the 64oz but if I'm still not able to make it, I will definitely consider doing half the amount next time around
