I'd like to get to 175 by the end of the month . 182.5 this morning
Hope everyone had a great Christmas and isn't finding it too hard to get back on track
SMF makes sense to me, sometimes when you feel like you have been bouncing around the same numbers over and over again you can still see the rolling average creeping down and it can prevent saying screw it and falling off track
penny you got this! Keep it up, sometimes when I stick like that when it finally breaks i see a nice whoosh.
Hello to all, I'm diving in to the January challenge for some assistance with motivation and perseverance which I have always found this thread in particular helpful for. It has been many months since I joined in, but it is great to see familiar and new names. Good Luck Everyone!!
I'm going to set a lofty goal of 10lbs
SW: 167.4 (Jan 4)
GW: 157.4
1/04: 167.4

Reason: Edited because I got home and noticed the number I wrote after weigh in was higher than I remembered!l
Can't believe I actually got my butt out on a walk after dinner in 32 degree weather. I must be desperate! Felt good when I was done, though. On to day two!!!

pixikat: I hope you're right! I would rather lose a little each day rather than the wait-wait-wait-wait-whoosh formula that happens with me. Oh well, a downward trend is the goal, right?
Woodstock: Hi! Good luck to you, too!

Today is a good example of that, PNK..KAT. But I've kinda learned, the hard way, that you have to be patient. Not that I am. About weight loss, anyway. And this little accounting trick doesn't really help at all. Maybe I should keep a monthly average
Oops! I haven't made our goal list yet, likely for the weird reason that I haven't made a goal for myself so I'm kind of in denial about this whole thread (although I love reading about all your activities!).
So, I haven't weighed since Christmas Eve. Pretty clear what my goal needs to be:
Weigh every day (starting Jan-6)
Okay. With that done, I'll go make our goal list and post it in a few minutes.
