12/31/2015: 196.4 LBS My lowest weight of 2015.

2/19/2016: 194.2 LBS. My lowest weight of 2016.

SW: 198.8 CW: 196 (- 2.8) GW: 165

1/1. 198.8 I went to a birthday party yesterday. My weight is up a few LBS.
1/2. 198.6 (-.2)
1/9. 196.6 (-2.2) I'm almost back to my lowest weight in 2015, only .2 LBS to go.
1/16. 195 (-3.8)
1/23. 194.8 (-4) I didn't have a very good week. But Happy with a weight loss.
1/29. 195.8 (-3) I didn't weigh in on 1/30/16 so used Friday's weigh in.
2/6. 196.6 (-2.2) I have been off plan a lot. But still getting to the gym.
2/13. 196.6 (- 2.2) Another stressful week. But got back to last weeks weight.
2/20. 194.8 (- 4) I hope to be out of the 190's by the end of this month.
2/27. 197.6 (- 1.2)
3/5. 198 (-.8) I was out of town almost a week. I was off plan and little exercise.
3/12. 197.6 (- 1.2)
3/19. 195.2 (- 3.6)
3/26. 194.4 (- 4.4)
4/1. 196 (- 2.8)

Good morning ladies! I am new "again" to the forum...lost a bunch (#75) starting in in'08-'12... and have slowly regained #35. The buck stops here and I figure why not jump in with both feet! What a great motivator to lose some serious poundage before capri and t-shirt weather returns :)

Thank You, Everyone that joined this challenge. I need to work harder so I can reach my goal weight this Year! We can do this. I need to plan better with my food plan. My cardio needs some tweeking too. I do good with my weight training 3x a week. Good Luck, Everyone!

Oh my goodness! Lol..... I have worked so hard this week to re-establish both good eating habits and making sure exercise is part of my life. I have rode the weight roller coaster gaining as much as 2+ pounds but landed on -1.8 and couldn't be happier!! All I wanted to see was 162.ANYTHING... to prove to myself that I could lose .75 a week....which is what I would need to do to get to my April 1st goal. I know in my head that it wont be like this every week..but to start this challenge like this helps so so very much!!
