TabbyCat congrats on making your goal, I've been doing yoga using an app on my ipad called simply yoga, I'm thinking about taking a class and seeing what the difference is. Hope it works for you, I'm amazed at how much better at it I am after a couple months, I'm certainly not great, but feel like I could go out in public :lol: not tripping over my own feet anymore :)
Jacqui_D you have inspired me to just stand up at my desk at work, it's amazing how long I just sit there, and I made sure I don't have a garbage can in my cube, so I have to walk down the hall to throw anything away...thanks for that!
