Here are the rules: The fastest to shed 2% of body weight wins. To calculate 2%, just multiply .02 with your body weight and round off to the nearest 0.1/0.2 lbs (whichever your scale shows). Winner starts the new thread!

So, I am 1 lbs to goal, but my friend Michel, the brewer, is coming over for a few days. That means, beer, wine and great food, so the scale is likely to be stalled or go up.
