So, after six weigh ins this morning, to verify, counter-verify and counter-counter verify, I can officially say that I dropped a good portion of my challenge (2 lbs). It's strange because I had not overeaten the day before. It was just a regular diet day.

Going to a gala tonight and having a good dinner at a restaurant, so I will likely take some of it back.

Yes, the galas (there were two) were wonderful. They were humour shows that will be broadcast soon. Trevor Noah is fantastic. Really looking forward the New Daily Show. Perhaps his perspective, as a foreigner, will give him a unique insight into US affairs.

Contrary to my projections, the scale still went down this morning. I am in whoosh mood. I guess that makes sense since I was really active for the past month and did not see the scale budge as much as it should have. This always happens when I am sore.
