7 days on Plan - Jump start

I need some place to be accountable while I get back on track. I fell off the wagon big time over the holiday and want to repair some of the damage. So it's basically stay on plan for seven days straight.

It's been ages since I've been to the forum but this challenge seems like it's just what I need because my weight is creeping up and up while I sit around reading and eating.
Since I'm not sure how the challenge goes can someone post about it?
