Just put either your starting weight or any weight you've been this week into week 1.
Week 2's Sheet is up and running! Enter your exercise goal for this week now! Please note, you can enter Week 2's weight at any point between Monday 6th July - Sunday 12th July. If you didn't enter Week 1's weight you were NOT moved to week 2. If you still want to participate, enter your weight for week 1, then let me know that you've done so and I will move you to week 2!!

I won't be near my scale the next two weeks, so I'll continue using my starting weight. I went ahead and entered it for this week so I don't forget! :-) Maybe after week 4, when I am back home with my scale, I'll be pleasantly surprised. :-)

LovelyLeah is our Sweat this Summer 2015 winner after losing an incredible 20.5 lbs, which totaled as losing 10.28% of her body weight in just 8 weeks! I'm sure all of us can say a huge well done and WOW! You rocked this challenge.
You guys have done an awesome job on this challenge. This was the first challenge of this kind designed mainly for myself to keep up with exercising over the summer. Thank you all so very much for joining me on this journey, I love running these challenges and getting to know you all better and seeing the incredible progress you made. Even if you didn't lose much weight (I know I didn't) it doesn't matter since we stayed accountable. Let's just admit it, we're awesome!! Join me again next year! Here are the final charts:
