Yesterday's workout and low cal / low carb meals seems to have worked. Down 0.8 lbs with 2.2 to go!

I was off plan 4 and 1/2 days last week and went to a graduation party. Then I got home and was on plan one day and then off three more days. Plus, I went to a birthday party on Sunday. I weighed in Monday morning at 211. I got back on my lo carb day, drank alot of water, and did weights and a little cardio. I can't believe I lost 4 lbs in a day, but I weighed in at 207 today.
