Had a big "whoosh" this morning now that TOM is gone. As frustrating as it is the few days before and during TOM I really like seeing the scale drop dramatically from one day to the next.

So me eating better with weight watchers has obviously made a real difference. I'm not sure how much of this loss is just fluctuation since it's so fast, but I think it's really showing me how horrible I was doing before with my eating. Should we wait until my official weigh in day on Wednesday or does this count? How do you guys do it? daily?
