Had a big "whoosh" this morning now that TOM is gone. As frustrating as it is the few days before and during TOM I really like seeing the scale drop dramatically from one day to the next.

I'm not sure how much of this loss is just fluctuation since it's so fast, but I think it's really showing me how horrible I was doing before with my eating.
