JB, sounds like you're doing really well. Keep up the good work: eyes on spring break!! I've done well this week, but Friday is my family's treat day and I'll need to be careful not to fall off the wagon. I have some wiggle room built in and that will hopefully keep me on track. |
I've been stuck at 191 for a while it feels like but I'm finally down today!!! :D

Stuck!!!! I've been as high as 226.8 since I last posted. Back down to 225.0 this morning and still praying for a whoosh before we leave for Spring Break. So, I may not can be in the 210's but I want to be as close as I can! I would like to be under my low of 223.6, at least!

Hi! I am a new poster but have been lurking ... way to go on your progresses, and hanging in there with the plateaus!
I am new here so my goals and signature info doesn't post yet but I weighed 174.5 this morning. I want to weigh 168 by Easter! I feel that by eating right, drinking more water and adding some activity to my life makes this an attainable goal. Oh and my determination. :p Good luck all and i look forward to seeing your lowering numbers!! |

3/23: 187.8 3/24: 186.8 I seem to lose it easier when I eat more than my daily calorie limit in protien. Needless to say, I'm thinking about changing my calorie limit lol. Spin class (through classpass) helps a lot too. |
