I skipped one of my normal two snacks, two days in a row. I'm going to try it again today, because I've been stuck all month and all of a sudden it's moving.

2/13/15 - 113.6 - I did go to the gym yesterday. Unbeknownst to me it was a special "Couples Core Assault" (sounds bad, doesn't it?), and I was by my lonesome, awkwardly jumping rope (haven't done that in, ahem, a while), doing planks, and touching the floor and jumping up over and over and over. THEN there were abdominals! My core was definitely assaulted. I also jogged/walked tonight, and am HOPING AGAINST HOPE that I hit my goal (112.5) first thing in the morning so I can commence Valentine's Day eating (hubby will be working)!
